38, Dallas, TX Jason was a loved son and brother, described by neighbors as a ‘good dude’ and also had a mental health disability. He was killed by police while at home in front of his mother who was seeking mental health support for her son at that time.

Powerful black arm raised defiantly into the air, the hand curled into a fist, rising into the middle on the graphic. Designed into the arm, almost like a tattoo, is an infinity/unity symbol and the words “Black Disabled Lives Matter”.
