Originally from Nigeria, Mathew was arrested after fighting with his girlfriend during a manic episode. While handcuffed, chair-restrained, & wearing a spit mask, he was tased 4 times by officers. He was later found dead in his cell. Coroner’s finding: Stressed to Death.
