Age 37, Cleveland, OH.

Tanisha was a mother with bipolar disorder and heart disease who dreamed of being a broadcast journalist. She was killed by police outside of her Cleveland home, where she lived with her 16-year-old daughter and her mother.

Powerful black arm raised defiantly into the air, the hand curled into a fist, rising into the middle on the graphic. Designed into the arm, almost like a tattoo, is an infinity/unity symbol and the words “Black Disabled Lives Matter”.
